Meeting Room 1, Meeting Room 2. Learn the art of sourdough from start to finish! Join Rebekah from Bekah’s Breads for a hands-on workshop covering each step of the sourdough-making process, from maintaining a starter to mixing and preparing your dough. Attendees will leave with their own sourdough starter, as well as a bowl of dough mixed during the workshop to take home and finish the following morning. Space is limited, so registration is required.
