About this event
Chicago Soundhaus is returning to Tin Roof for its second session in the city - VOLTAGE RISING - and bringing together vetted local musicians for a one-night-only performance packed with classic rock and alternative rock bangers. Unlike a traditional band, Soundhaus assembles skilled musicians from across the local music community and challenges them to prepare independently before coming together for a single live show. No group rehearsals. No second chances. Just great songs, great players, all pulling for each other in a high-level experience. Expect powerful vocals, soaring guitar work, driving rhythms, and full song arrangements designed to capture the energy and spirit of the original recordings. More than 500 musicians have participated in Soundhaus sessions throughout the Midwest, performing over 750 songs while helping build one of the region's most connected musician communities. Whether you're a musician, music fan, or simply looking for a unique night out, VOLTAGE RISING delivers a high-energy live experience featuring talented local players and unforgettable songs. Interested and experienced musicians can still register through July 29 at www.soundhaus.live
