Soundhaus' SONIC DRIVE

About this event

Soundhaus Kansas City returns to Tin Roof for its third session in the city — SONIC DRIVE — bringing together vetted local musicians for a one-night-only performance featuring classic rock favorites, alternative staples, and modern rock anthems. Unlike a traditional band, Soundhaus assembles skilled musicians from across the local music community and challenges them to prepare independently before coming together for a single live show. No group rehearsals. No second chances. Just great songs, great players, all pulling for each other in a high-level performance experience. From the soaring harmonies of Hotel California, to the Americana drive of Cumberland Gap, the timeless groove of Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl), and the California rock energy of Dani California, every song is performed by a unique lineup of local musicians meeting on stage for the very first time. More than 500 musicians have participated in Soundhaus sessions throughout the Midwest, performing over 750 songs while helping build one of the region’s most connected musician communities. Whether you’re a musician, music fan, or simply looking for a unique night out, Soundhaus’ SONIC DRIVE session delivers a high-energy live experience featuring talented local musicians and unforgettable songs. Interested and experienced musicians can register through August 6 at www.soundhaus.live
