Sound Meditation at Levy Park

Hi! join us on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month 7 pm @ Levy Park for sound meditation. *What’s happening with this?* This is a free event and it’s super chill. We are getting together at a park to **meditate on our highest and best good.** Typically start off talking a little bit about what’s going on with the planets & within us… then some very basic **breathing** exercises… followed by a sweet **prayer**/intention… then go into 40 mins-ish of **sound bath** (crystal bowls, flutes, gongs, chimes, bells) Pets can come!
