About this event
Spend a magical time to experience sound mixed with an iRest meditation. This stress reducing session allows you to pause for self-reflection in a relaxed setting. Bring your being to a state of bliss; alleviating tension, anxiety and pain. Allow yourself to be transported with the sacred sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls, frame drum, wind gong, my voice, quartz crystal singing bowls and other stress reducing instruments. This immersive and meditative journey helps clear the energetic and physical body while bringing harmony to the system. Sign up-It's FREE! This program is part of our Big Read Lakeshore Initiative, which is an annual fall community read and has been inspired by this year's selected books: The Circle by Dave Eggers, The Eyes & the Impossible by Dave Eggers, and What Can A Citizen Do? by Dave Eggers.
