Its been over 20years of events here at CDA, and to show our appreciation we want to give back with our Monday night Sound Healing and leave it up to you what you want give back from your heart as an energy exchange. Hari Jap & guest's will guide you in a journey using breath, mantra, sound, and awakening to help you dive deeper into the parasympathetic nervous system to relax and soothe your body. Take time out of your life to practice listening with sound harmonizing tools such as the Heaven and Earth gongs, Chakra balancing Crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Flow chimes, chimes, and so much more. Please dress comfortably. It's advised not to eat a heavy meal beforehand. We're excited to share this unique sound harmonizing experience with you. For Love Offering
