About this event
The session will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments, and Liz's "other worldly" singing voice to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you would like to be comfortable for the session. Chairs are also available if you would like to be seated. This program is generously sponsored by Friends of the Julian Library.
