Community Room. Relax, restore, and reconnect through the soothing frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, chimes, drums, voice, and Reiki energy. Release tension and find greater balance, calm, and clarity. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel, as well as a small pillow, to the class.
