**About the event:** Immerse yourself in a Sound Bath Healing Meditation, where ancient and modern instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and tuning forks create a deeply restorative experience. These soothing frequencies help release tension, clear energetic blockages, and guide you into deep relaxation. Designed to calm the mind and promote healing, this journey invites you to surrender to sound, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner self. Simply relax, breathe, and receive the transformative bower of vibration. **What to bring?** All items are optional: if you don't have these things, some will be available for your use at the studio. Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, meditation crystals. **Special Instructions:** Be prepared to take off your shoes.
