Sound Bath Social: Grounding with Earth

Come join us for the Sound Bath Social: Grounding with Earth, a new monthly gathering with sound therapy delivered by Pittsburgh's own Rooted In Sound. Instructors: Wyatt Mylius & Patrick Keddie Price: $45 per session Location: Rooted In Sound 209 Commercial Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15215 Once a month, this extended sound bath takes the place of our regular Thursday session. Each gathering explores one element and how to bring it into your daily practice and everyday life. We begin with Earth: grounding, stability, and coming home to your body. Wyatt and Patrick will play together, layering gongs and therapy-grade Himalayan singing bowls to help you settle deep into the ground beneath you. Along the way, you'll hear simple ways to carry Earth with you, whether through a daily ritual or a small shift in how you move through your day. Afterward, stay for light refreshments and tea and connect with others in the community. Limited to just 11 participants. Reserve your spot today and let the healing power of sound wash over you!
