Enjoy a relaxing sound bath meditation that features crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes and guided meditation. You may also want to have them bring a blanket and/or pillow, I feel that most people need it for extra comfort. *You will need to bring your own yoga mat for this program. Optional: blanket and/or pillow. *This program uses projector lights. If you are sensitive to these, please do not register. Thank you.
