Sound Bath Meditation with Soundwell Boise

Treat yourself to a relaxing hour of meditative instrumental music with the Soundwell Boise group at the comfortable Garden City Chamber Room, every 1st and 3rd Wednesday afternoon year around. Come let go of tension and stress and access an inner stillness you may never have known, with peaceful yet very powerful ambient music! These state-of-the-art relaxation events feature the transcendent tones of crystal singing bowls, bronze gongs, metal tongue drums and pans, ambient keyboard, chimes, flutes, and more.
