About this event
Campbell Auditorium. Join us for an hour of restorative sound immersion. This special sound experience includes the use of quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments to create a “sound bath” experience. Sound therapy supports your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leaving us feeling relaxed, balanced and refreshed. Participants are welcome to take the class lying on the floor or seated in a chair, however you are most comfortable and can best relax. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket! This is a free program. Registration is required as space is limited.
