Sound Bath Meditation

North Merrick Community Room. This hour of rest and relaxation includes short guided meditations and immersion into a relaxing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drums and other calming instruments. Participants are invited to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows and/or anything to help make themselves comfortable lying on the floor. Chairs can also be available for those who would be more comfortable sitting up.
