Sound Bath in the Garden

About this event

Sound bath is a sanctuary for deep rest. An invitation to step out of autopilot and into presence. It allows the body to settle, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to feel safe enough to rest. It begins with a brief grounding breathing exercise and gentle guided meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’re welcome to rest as waves of sound move through the space. During this time you’ll experience many resonant tones. Including crystal quartz singing bowls, shimmering and flowing sounds of koshi and water chimes, and the rhythm of the ocean drum. Each supports a sense of ease, spaciousness, and balance. Includes admission to the Garden to enjoy after the program. Members save on classes like this.
