Under the glow of **stunning stained-glass windows** in a peaceful, non-denominational Berkeley church, we gather once a month to pause, soften, and return to ourselves. This sound bath is your invitation to experience the **science and magic of sound as medicine**—a chance to move out of stress and into a state of balance, calm, and clarity. 🌿 **What to Expect** Led by **Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Erica Skone-Rees**, with live music by **Bryce Mulholland** and **Shannon Hopkins**, each session includes: ✔ A grounding meditation to help you arrive ✔ An immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system ✔ Live instruments: crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, hand pans, guzheng (Chinese harp), acoustic guitar, frame drum, Koshi bells & more ✔ A quiet, supportive space where you’re free to rest, move gently, or simply be Scientific studies show that sound baths can help: * Lower cortisol (stress hormone) * Improve sleep and focus * Support emotional clarity * Activate the body’s natural healing response 🧘♀️ **What to Bring** Bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported: * Yoga mat, camping pad, or cushions * Blanket, pillow, eye mask, or bolster * Water or layers for warmth You’re welcome to **lie down, sit up, or move gently**—whatever feels wise for your body.
