About this event
Hannah's Reading Garden, Reuling Room. Adults. This is an educational and experiential program that will introduce the seven chakras — the body’s traditional energy centers — using sound frequencies to explore each one. Perfect for those interested in wellness, mindfulness, or holistic practices. This program will be outside in Hannah's reading Garden, weather permitting. Feel free to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Registration required.
