About this event
Join us for an hour once a month to take a break and de-stress a little! Come listen to the sounds of crystal bowls and Indian medicine drums followed by a few minutes to journal or set intentions for the day. Bring a yoga mat and something to write with, if you have them! A limited number of both yoga mats and journals will be provided.
