We will begin with intentional breathwork, using the breath as a living bridge between body, mind, and spirit. Like fresh air moving through open windows, each inhale invites clarity and expansion; each exhale releases what has grown heavy through the winter months, creating space for new intentions to take root. Crystal singing bowls will gently accompany the breath, their soft, resonant tones supporting nervous system regulation, deepening relaxation, and guiding the body into a grounded, receptive state as breath and sound move together in quiet renewal. From this open and fertile inner landscape, you will be guided into an immersive sound bath of crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, crystal harp, and a variety of chimes.
