Feeling stressed? Not sleeping well? Come lay back and enjoy soothing vibrations wash over you. Feel your stress melt away as Brittney Garcilazo of Laced in Harmony uses her crystal singing bowls and chimes to help you ease into an immersive meditation using the ancient sound bath therapeutic practice from Tibet. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow to make yourself comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to remain seated. Be sure to dress comfortably in layers. Brittney Garcilazo is a sound meditation facilitator, reiki practitioner, and energy healer.
