Soulful Gathering in Nature

Join us in a small group for connection, reflection practices, journaling, discussions, and Nature-connection exercises in a beautiful outdoor setting. Engage in mind-body practices with Nature to deepen self-awareness and cultivate inner resources. Be witnessed and held with compassion in self-inquiry. The main topic for this session is how we perceive, and how our perceptions create our lives. Bring a journal, pen, hat, sunglasses, and water bottle.
