Sope Creek - Morgan Falls Loop

About The Hike: This is an interesting loop with some hidden gems where most people don't even know that there are trails there. We’ll have several scenic sites/cool things to see, Including a nice stream, a creepy farmhouse, and Morgan Falls dam. Distance = Approx seven miles Time: Budget 2 1/2 to 3 hours Skill Rating = Pretty darn easy Pace = 2 ½ to 3 miles per hour Special Equipment = None needed Other Stuff = Children that can keep the posted pace are encouraged to attend. No dogs please. Directions/Meeting Spot: Turn into the parking lot off of Johnson Ferry and directly across from Columns Drive. Drive through the first lot to the larger lot behind it. We will meet at the far end of that lot near the trailhead. As always, please follow the written directions herein and not Google or any pins that someone (but never me) might add. Note: Do NOT meet at the regular Sope Creek trail at the end of Columns Drive. Dinner: As always, we'll meet up for dinner after the hike at a local restaurant or brewery. See you on the trail!
