Songwriting Spring Break Camp (2-Day)

CAMP DESCRIPTION Songwriting camp will give students an intro to songwriting and teach the fundamentals of composition. It is best for students age 12-17 who have some previous instruction and basic knowledge of music theory. Please note: All campers need to have experience on their instrument. We ask that campers have played before and have some fundamentals down so that we can ensure that camp is fun for everyone! SCHEDULE Camp runs Thursday and Friday from 9am - 3pm. Each day will consist of writing, rehearsing, & fun music-based game & activities. WHAT TO EXPECT Students can expect an exciting and educational experience learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection. At School of Rock, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all campers. To help us maintain this space, we ask parents to avoid packing any nut products in lunches or snacks. We also prohibit any toy or real weapons from being brought to camp. CANCELLATION POLICY A 50% refund will be offered on canceled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
