Songwriter Sessions – Open to all

@ Come find a supportive group for your songwriting. All levels of songwriting are welcome! Drop-ins encouraged! Find us in the Picker Room, or sometimes in the History Center. Songwriters will meet on the fourth Thursday of each month* in 2026: Thursday, January 22 Thursday, February 26 Thursday, March 26 Thursday, April 23 Thursday, May 28 Thursday, June 25 Thursday, July 23 Thursday, August 27 Thursday, October 1 Thursday, October 22 Thursday, November 19 Thursday, December 17 *Due to holidays and library closures, Songwriters will occasionally meet on an alternative Thursday. Please refer to the scheduled calendar dates listed above or those displayed on the calendar to determine when Songwriters will meet. “We are looking forward to a good time, sharing our writing and music,” said Gross. “We are also hoping for some cross-pollination, and getting some harmony and instrumental support for each other. In the past we have had all kinds of styles from traditional to singer-songwriter to rockabilly, novelty songs, Broadway, hymns, and humor.
