A gently guided somatic release experience to relieve and release stress. Caring for and nurturing our feminine nervous system. Think of it as TLC for your nervous system. Let's get together in community for this gently guided somatic release experience to relieve and release stress. * Release Emotional Tension * Soothe Your Nervous System * Regulate Emotions Our wellbeing is impacted by accumulated stress. Stress impacts our relationship and connection with ourselves and others. It interrupts our creative flow, our joy, our peace, and sense of freedom. When left unattended, it creates tension and a state of constant alertness. Time for some Tender Loving Care for ourselves and our nervous system. In a gentle community of women, we gather to hold space for the release. Together, we create a safe space for our sisters to let go, to shed, to cry, to scream, to flow again. We show up for each other to hold space for the emotions that arise. To get there we honor each other, we allow space, and we breathe collectively so that healing can begin. This is a time for the flowing of emotions. Shares are not required but holding space for the emotions of others is needed to create a beautifully honoring Sacred Space for all.
