Because we cannot simply *think* our way into healing, SAH offers a pathway to drop out of the mind and safely tune into the body. **Bio:** Alexa Rising is a certified Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method Teacher dedicated to helping individuals unlock their body's innate ability to heal.
