Upper Level Open Area, New Albany Main Library. Stop by the Floyd County Library during Social Services Office Hours to meet with our Social Services Leader, Becki. Office Hours are held every Tuesday from 10–12 p.m. and every Thursday from 3–5 p.m. on the Upper Level of the New Albany Central Library. During Social Services Office Hours, you can receive free, confidential assistance in a welcoming setting, including: Resource Navigation: Get connected with community services such as food assistance, housing programs, healthcare options, and transportation resources. Forms & Applications: Receive help completing applications for benefits, job programs, or other social services.
