SMART Family and Friends

About this event

If you love someone struggling with addictive behavior and want to know how you can help, join us for the SMART Recovery Family & Friends program. It's a mutual support program for parents, family members, partners, and friends impacted by the addictive behavior of a loved one. Registration is optional--feel free to just show up! This program introduces cognitive skills tools and evidence-based strategies of the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) approach and the Invitation to Change Approach from the Center for Motivation and Change Foundation. Participants connect with one another and discuss practical tools for coping more effectively and/or supporting a loved one more effectively, as they choose.
