About this event
This is an unhurried morning walk designed to support a quieter nervous system state and to be around others in a low-pressure environment. We’ll begin with a brief grounding moment followed by a few minutes of silent walking to help us settle into the morning. Every so often we'll pause to notice our surroundings and reconnect with the present moment in nature. Conversation is welcome and quiet moments are welcome too. Route: Easy-moderate, ~3.3-mile loop with some rocky, rolling terrain and Santa Fe views. Bring comfortable shoes, water, optional sun hat. *Please update your RSVP if your plans change.*
