About this event

A slow, unhurried morning to begin the weekend with a little more presence. We’ll begin with a brief moment to arrive and settle into the morning together. We'll share a simple conversational prompt to open, then allow the gathering to unfold naturally. Slow Gatherings are designed to create space for slowing down and experiencing a more intentional pace of life. Through simple, grounding experiences, we create opportunities to step away from the rush of everyday life. A chance to connect with ourselves as well as others in a more meaningful way. You’re welcome to bring a book, journal or sketchbook if you’d like, though there's no expectation or agenda. Come to connect, reflect, create, or simply enjoy tea in the company of others.
