@ Slow Lindy gives you a chance to explore the smooth, connected, and musical side of Lindy Hop at slower tempos. In this class, you’ll work on relaxed movement, partner connection, rhythm, and how to make your dancing feel comfortable and expressive when the music slows down. If you already dance Lindy Hop, this is a great way to refine your fundamentals, improve control, and build confidence with slower songs on the social dance floor.
