Skyfit Fitness Classes

Get ready for a fun and upbeat fitness dance class lead by Cara, owner and lead coach of Skyfit CLT. All levels are welcome. Classes will take place in The Kettle Room. Class begins at 7:00pm. Please arrive with enough time to park and make your way to the space. Class will conclude by 8:00pm. Swing by the Cabarrus Brewing Taproom for a well-deserved drink & meal!
