Skaalvenn Distillery. Website says "Japanese-inspired cocktail bar". I've never been to Japan other than the airport, so I don't know what that means. Here's what I do know. It's in an office park. It looks like you're going to any office in any office park in America to go sit at your dreary terminal in your dreary cube, listening to dreary coworkers talk about their dreary lives. Then you open the door and it's like Wizard of Oz when Dorothy lands in Oz. Everything is in color. And there's a bar and booze and shit ain't so dreary anymore. Their website also says "One of Minnesota's Most Unique Cocktail Bars". That's a better description, even if it's written by someone who doesn't understand the meaning of the word "unique" (hint: "most unique" doesn't make any sense, you had us at "unique"). I'll get there at or before 6. See you there.
