Sips of Autumn Orchard An Herbal Syrup & Mocktail Workshop October 20 | 6:00–7:30 PM Sage + Stone 124 W Van Buren St, Columbia City, IN 46725 Come settle into the flavors of fall with Cedar + Flame for an evening of herbs, apples, warm spices, and seasonal sipping. During Sips of Autumn Orchard, we’ll explore the traditional uses and flavors of cinnamon, ginger, clove, orange peel, and apple while learning how these ingredients come together to create a beautiful small-batch herbal syrup. You’ll get to watch the syrup-making process from start to finish, learn how to use herbal syrups in everyday drinks, and enjoy two seasonal mocktails crafted with our Autumn Orchard syrup. And there’s something to take home, too. Each guest will receive a bottle of the herbal syrup made during the class, along with recipes so you can recreate the drinks at home.
