FOOD, FUN AND, FUNDRAISING WITH FIDO Join us in downtown Utica for Sip ‘n’ Snip, a Dog Friendly Block Party sponsored by August Hill Winery and Just Animals Shelter, a non-profit no-kill animal shelter in Mazon, IL. Mill Street in downtown Utica will be closed for this fun street party. May 2, 11am – 4 pm, Mill Street, Utica Bring your Dog! Bring your dog and enjoy games, raffles, vendors, music, wine and fun for all! Food will be available from local Utica businesses. *Please note that dogs are not allowed inside many of the local businesses, but are welcome to hang out with their owners all along Mill Street during the event.
