Singing Sound Bath & Meditation plus Lunch

**PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION** A crystal singing bowl sound bath offers a deeply calming mindfulness experience that can help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and promote relaxation throughout the body. The soothing vibrations and tones of the bowls may support emotional well-being, improve sleep quality, ease tension, and encourage a greater sense of peace and presence. Many participants also find sound baths helpful for enhancing mindfulness, gentle self-reflection, and overall mental clarity. This one hour restorative experience is designed to nurture both the mind and body in a peaceful, supportive environment. **IMPORTANT**: During the session, the instructor may come close with a sound bowl or touch you with their hands. For those of you who prefer not to be touched by the instructor or have the sound bowls close to you or your body, you do not need to sign and will be asked to lay your mats in the back row. Chairs will also be available for anyone who prefers to remain seated. You are welcome to bring additional comfort items such as blankets, eye masks, pillows, or anything else that helps you feel relaxed and supported during the session.
