Join Licensed Massage Therapist Krista Ward for a singing bowls sounds meditation session. Reduce your stress and anxiety in this immersive sound experience. Bring your own mat, pillows, blankets, and bolster pillows for added comfort. The session will be roughly 30 minutes with questions and conversation afterward.
