Bask in the resonant sound of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls Monday, Nov. 9, 12:45–1:30 p.m. Throughout history, singing bowls have been used around the world to foster meditation, relaxation, prayer and mind-body-spirit wellness. In this session with Kathy Broghammer, we will let the resonant sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls relax the entire body and create a pathway for clearer connection with the divine.
