About this event
Direct from the Tony Award-winning revival of Company, Nicholas Rodriguez celebrates the lyrical and musical genius of Stephen Sondheim. This brand-new concert utilizes Sondheim’s own handwritten letters to fans to weave a rich tapestry of stories. Alongside a vibrant piano trio, Rodriguez explores Sondheim’s iconic relationships with Broadway legends, such as Oscar Hammerstein II, Jerry Herman, and Lin-Manuel Miranda, in addition to his own personal journey. Featuring unforgettable selections from Company, Sunday in the Park with George, and Into the Woods, this intimate performance delivers a soulful, masterfully crafted tribute to a musical theater giant. “Spectacular” — The New York Times
