Silvara Winemaker Blending Table Party

Running out of new things to do on a Saturday night? Most weekends it’s the same short list. Dinner somewhere you’ve been ten times, or a bottle on the couch and whatever’s streaming. This Saturday, come make your own wine with a winemaker. At The Blending Table, our winemaker Gary sets out bottles he pulled from the barrels. You taste each one on its own. Then you start mixing until the glass tastes the way you like it. It’s how a winemaker builds a wine before it ever gets a label. Bring your partner, a couple of friends, or both. Compare blends and see whose comes out on top. Gary and the crew will be walking the room to help. If you can say what you like, you can make a blend. You’ll also get an early taste of our new Rattlesnake Hills Malbec before it’s released. At the end of the night, you take home a card with your recipe so you can mix it again. Our wine club had first pick of the seats.
