Join us at Quincie Douglas Library on the first Saturday of every month from noon to 12:45 p.m. for a discussion of a short story. Free copies of each month's selection are available at the front desk two weeks before the discussion. Why short stories? They do a lot in just a few pages. Together, we'll explore questions like: How does the author accomplish so much in so little space? What themes or ideas stand out? Which passages caught your attention? Meet fellow readers and participate in a lively discussion.
