About this event
Town Hall’s beloved literary series, curated by Jane Kaplan, returns for another afternoon of readings brought to life by local actors. What happens when ordinary life suddenly veers off script? Authors Kevin Barry, Ben Loory, Nafissa Thompson-Spires, and Haruki Murakami find humor, strangeness, and unexpected humanity in the moments when things don’t go quite as planned. Join Aishé Keita, Bill Ontiveros, Angela Thomas, and Bob Wright as they bring these wonderfully unpredictable stories to life. And accompanying it all: Dylan Nixon on marimba. Because sometimes, well…that just happened.
