About this event
The Shop, Central Library. In this Intermediate Sewing class, learn how to use the fabric die cut machine to cut fabric and sew a soup bowl cozy. Participants will: Learn how to use the fabric die-cut Work with batting and folding a sewing project inside out to have more professional edges Intermediate sewing programs in The Shop are designed for patrons who are comfortable using a sewing machine and are ready to build on their existing skills. Participants should be able to independently thread a sewing machine and sew a straight stitch. All students must complete a Maker Waiver Agreement prior to participating in this class. Ages 14 . Participants ages 14-17 must have an adult present or have a Maker User Agreement signed by a parent or guardian. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. If you are registered but are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel your registration using the link found in the registration email.
