About this event

The Shop, Central Library. In this safety and basic use class, you will learn how to use the Brother CS6000i or CS7000x Sewing Machine. Participants will: Learn how to wind a bobbin and thread the sewing machine Learn how to safely use the sewing machine to stitch a straight line Sew a corner bookmark to take home All students must complete a Maker Waiver Agreement prior to participating in this class. Ages 14 . Participants ages 14-17 must have an adult present or have a Maker User Agreement signed by a parent or guardian. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Space is limited. If you are registered but are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel your registration using the link found in the registration email.
