About this event
Tokyo-based chef and Buddhist monk Masami Asao will visit Grace Church for a Shojin cooking demonstration. We will learn to make miso soup and a selection of dashi (broths), and about the significance of tableware in Shojin cooking. Also featuring Japanese music, flowers, and trivia, it is bound to be a fun-filled afternoon!
