Multipurpose Room. The program includes guided Makko Ho meridian stretches, breath awareness, simple Shiatsu self-care tapping techniques, standing Qigong, radio taiso (a Japanese routine of gentle rhythmic movements), and seasonal insights to support balance and well-being. This workshop is open to adults of all levels, and no prior experience is necessary.
