About this event
Hebert Room. The Town of Hooksett has established a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district along the Merrimack River corridor. This framework channels future increases in property tax revenue directly back into infrastructure projects within the district, rather than allocating them to the town's general fund. This info session offers a unique opportunity to review the latest proposed parcels and pose questions directly to committee members.
