Shakespeare LIVE To Present Macbeth Halloween Weekend This exciting show is FREE to attend! Celebrate Halloween with Shakespeare LIVE as we present our sophomore production of Shakespeare’s most iconic tragedy, Macbeth. Co-directed by father-daughter team Raphael Parry and Claire Parry, this spooky show is free to attend. Bring picnic blankets, chairs, and food or enjoy offerings from food trucks at the Levitt. Enjoy an evening of atmospheric, witchy fun that’s perfect for Halloween weekend. Also known as “The Scottish Play,” this Shakespearean tragedy kicks off with the prophecy of three witches telling a Scottish general that he will someday become King of Scotland, resulting in Macbeth murdering the king and taking his place. Consumed by guilt, Macbeth descends into paranoia and madness. IJ Gordon and Nicole Delarosa star as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. More information available on shakespearelive.org.
