SF Underwater Hockey Beginners Game

Welcome to our SF Underwater Hockey event, where trained coaches teach you how to play! FIRST GAME FREE. Beginners wanted - all ages and coed. Swimming background is a plus, average breath hold is only \~12 seconds. No prior experience necessary, so don't hesitate to try it out! Bring your friends and family too, all are welcomed! All you need is a suit and towel. If you have your own snorkeling gear and swim fins, that's great, however, we will provide everything if needed. About the sport: This limited-contact sport typically involves 2 teams of 6, competing to move weighted puck across the bottom of a pool into the opposing team's goal. Wearing snorkeling gear, players submerge briefly to move the puck or support their team. Underwater hockey promotes safe play focusing on coordination, puck handling, teamwork, and fitness.
