Sewing - Gone Gnome - Intermediate Level

Long Description: Class Duration: 2 hours, (4 Parts) Age Requirements: Ages 13–Adult with a completed Sewing Lab Waiver. Persons ages 13-17 must have a parent or guardian present to complete the Sewing Lab Waiver. Recommended Prerequisite: Sewing - Introduction to the Sewing Machine Required Skills: Participants should be comfortable threading and using sewing machines, reading sewing patterns with markings and notations, understanding fabric types and interfacing, and using a variety of sewing tools, notions, and presser feet. Materials Fee: None. Out of District Fee $10 (includes a class and materials fees) Materials: Please bring the following materials to complete the project: You will need 1/2 yard of fabric for the body and another 1/2 yard for the hat. 1/2 yard of fusible fleece. Please review the supply list for a few additional small fabrics requirements. Wool yarn can be used as a substitute for the beard, giving your gnome its own unique look.
